DrWeb's Last update

    Yes, I got the exact same error when I manually scan an object. I assumed that it was a corrupted OS, so I re-images my drive. Error is still occuring. I hope this problem is fixed soon.

    I am getting the same error. Whew!!! I am soooo glad to hear I am not the only one.

    I sent Mike, DRW's tech support, a message about this. I hope others will do the same.

    Here it's ok with update 21.11.04 59565, no problem!!!!

    Thanks! Obviously the folks at DRW fixed whatever was broken in drw43215.vdb.

    Based on putin being okay, I deleted my previous download for 11-21-2004 of drw43215.vdb & drw43215.txt. Then I downloaded today's update {same files} again, to get the fixed versions. Now all is okay once again. Life is goooood! :)

    I did get an answer from DRW tech support concerning my request for help on the update problem. Basically they said, "We fixed it. Try again." But, thanks to putin, I had already done that -- & successfully. Still, it's good to know that their tech support is getting more responsive. By the way, I did take shorty1's advice & included my key number in the request for help.

    DRW did yet another update today 11/23/04 -- a MAJOR one! It went slick, fast, & flawless. Shazam!
