DrWeb Update Virus Base?

Is anyone else getting this Instead of54554

Im showing 54584 right now.You probuly just need to reboot for it all to show up correctly.

 

As of 9/13/04 I too am getting 54584.

The "About" on SpIDer Guard often lags. To view the latest information, access the DrWeb scanner, then click "Help" then click "About." That will give you the current status.

 

Well one site has: Latest virus definitions update:
14.09.2004, 00:09:03
Total virus records:
54580

The other site has: Текущая версия: 4.32, записей: 54580

Записей в последней базе: 158

And after updating I have: 54588 and the same Loaded # 158

DrWeb and I have this Love& Hate relationship

As to the differences -- it makes life interesting, wot?

Anytime my wife gives me a difficult time, I ALWAYS tell her: "Записей в последней базе!!!"

I received an Email response from Mike Koladko of DrWeb on the same day that I notified them about my different Virus Base numbers compare to what is posted at a few DrWeb sites. At this moment my Virus Base is 54739 Anyone else get this number?

Site (drweb.com ,and drweb.ru too) shows the improper total
DrWeb virus records counter; 54731 is the right one at the moment.

This server-side problem (to sum up some numbers
will be fixed. Thank you.

Yep, I have 54739, also. 8 more than Mike says but same as TAG97.

Go figure.
