dropper.delf.3.bc and delf.3.L hassle

Hi,
I am being advised by AVG that I have Dropper.delf.3.bc and dropper.delf.3.L in c:/windows/unstSA2.exe and a few other files.
I have run adaware and this is the hijack this report.

Ive never had any trouble with it, there is a support forum for the automated scanner linked to the site.

It seems the defs are updated quite regularly.
