    Found a nice tool at SourceForge:thumb:

    DriverBackup!
    Simple tool to backup hardware driver files to a specified directory.
    Use these files to reinstall drivers previously saved.
    DriverBackup also provides comprehensive system information.

    Development Status : 5 - Production/Stable
    Operating System : All 32-bit MS Windows (95/98/NT/2000/XP)
    Translations : English, Italian
    User Interface : Win32 (MS Windows)
    No Installation: Unzip & Run (English RAR)

    OpenSource - freeware!

    Cant honestly say I know where the hell all my bits and bobs are any more.

    It's actually just running the windows systool; but ever so handy rather than plowing through many windows menus to get there ;)
