Dr Web support?

    I posted a technical support query to Dr Web via a support form on their website 10 days ago.... nothing, no acknowledgement, no reply, no nothing...

    Very disappointed, i am a subscribing user and expect more from an AV vendor.

    Anyone any idea how to contact them and get a prompt responseo_O?

    use their ticket system, dont use their email support.

    or use their support via 'My.Drweb'

    every ticket ive created has been answered within 24 hours, most of the time its within the hour.

    Only use ( Ticket Support.) The longest I have waited is 2 hrs.

    sorry about the confusion i did use the ticket support not the email support... no response...

    maybe it was lost in transit, try again.

    i tried it today, they replied in 1hr 26 mins.

    will indeed, looks like you guys are getting the support required. must have got lost somewhere...
