    The company "Doctor Web" reports the release of a free disaster recovery and treatment of a PC running Windows - Dr.Web LiveDisk. This decision has been further development of the program Dr.Web LiveCD and Dr.Web LiveUSB. Through the use of a single technology platform, which is used in Dr.Web products for Windows, Dr.Web LiveDisk able to check the file hosts, scan files using the "cloud" service Dr.Web Cloud, as well as the use of algorithms detecting rootkits and bootkits.
    Dr.Web LiveDisk equipped Registry Editor Windows, which can change the parameters of all of Windows, installed on the workstation. The product has a Quarantine Manager, which allows for actions to threats rendered harmless. Thus, it is possible to recover files, trapped in quarantine at a false positive anti-virus. In Dr.Web LiveDisk includes a set of heuristic algorithms with the aid of which the treatment of infections of the Windows Registry by various malware. The solution is designed with the expectation of support as many devices and avoid conflicts with the equipment.
