Apparently they have decided not to include the new (faster) scan engine, so this version is not that fast yet. I asked about this in their forum and the result was that it's not ready yet and they hope to release it soon.

I think all other improvements / changes mentioned in the news are there, but the one isn't that people were expecting the most. It's disappointing.

whats disappointing is Total price: 113.16 USD for 3 computers for one year.

I like the Web and would use it full time on all comouters if it didnt cost a frigging ton to buy. It just kills me they actually think this is what it is worth.

    I use a freebie that protects better.

Thats a lot of money for someone that might not need a three pc license but if you actually break it down, it comes to $37.72 for ea PC for 1 yr.Thats not a bad price for a single license and they should consider not everyone needs a three package deal.

it still seems to have the same amount of processes and ram use as v6, in fact apart from minor changes to installer and scanning gui I would swear it was v6, slightly disappointed..

Yes it seems to be cheaper than competitors to buy for one computer (less than 30 euros), but gets expensive if you need a multiple computer license.
