A client computer had some sleep mode issues. So I use the Client email to download Eset 30 day trail. But she never got a Email from eset. So she tried from her work Email. Never got a Eset email. So I use my email on my laptop and instance email from Eset. So I type in Eset url and started Downloading get to the last part and the computer Locks up. So any suggestions? Right now the computer is on It own antivirus scan from Mcafee from Safe mode (Internet disabled) to see if there any issues.
Try removing ESET in Safe Mode and then remove McAfee using the uninstaller found in the following ESET Knowledgebase article: Uninstallers (removal tools) for common antivirus software If you still haven't received the license email, contact ESET Customer Care to request it.
Well it seems to go bad to worse. We had Eset installed on to the computer and now we are having this issue. The computer running really slow and take time to get into Windows.
