Download Accelerator Premium 7.4 - spyware?

is download accelerator premium v7.4 spyware free? because on http://www.speedbit.com/ i found this is spyware free product, but acronis privacy expert suite recognize it as spyware....

and another question: why when i have activated spyware shield i have no alerts if i have spyware and download accelerator is running??

Could you please create a screenshot of the window where Acronis Privacy Expert Suite found the Download Accelerator Premium v7.4 and send the screenshot to support@acronis.com along with the link to this thread? Also please describe in the letter how Acronis Spyware Shield is set up? This will allow us to answer your second question.
