Don't undestand ESS Scan log

Hi,

2 days ago I started getting the following report, when I scan from virus.
A) I don't understand these messages
B) I don't know how to fix them
C) MBAM doesn't report any issue

Can someone please help?

There is nothing to fix your end I don't think. Are you able to update to the latest version?

 

Agreeing with Cudni on this. There is nothing you need to do on your end. This ESET KB Article may explain some of the entries you're seeing there. The same would apply to the "Error Reading" messages.

I still don't undestand why ESS V. 4.2.x reports the error reading and the latest version doesn't

A) maybe my HDD is dying? (physical disk - error reading)
B) 0. physical disk is C:\ or E:\?

check windows event viewer for errors on the disk and or run chkdsk command to check. Although I don't think hd is going bad it does not hurt to check.

 

We assume this issue concerned a temporary glitch which resulted in this error even if boot sectors were scanned fine. Please update to the latest signature database.
