Thank you for your answers. I tried what the link suggests, but doesn't work. I also did a chkdisk, no progress. I restored a previous disk image, but I have again #ElementModule Headertext# #ActionCustomInstallImportantText# #ActionCustomInstallOptionalText# I can't understand: after the restoring of the previous image, the only change I did is the antivirus update.
Well, sfc worked, now WU runs normally. I'll see if it resolve also my previous problem: https://www.wilderssecurity.com/threads/impossible-to-update-seven.374707/
For me on 8.1 it borked a software driver on first reboot, but on second clean (no please wait while we are adjusting our software) restart, driver had returned.
