Does This Qualify As An AV?

    Would a blinding lockdown system qualify as an AV? Such systems are not only possible, but also inviolate!

    no not rele, but u can still have a secure (and clean) system without a dedicated antivirus.

    AV by defination is not a PC which is totally disconnected. But such computers are safe from most threats. Not a practical solution though.
