Does this program work with RAID0?

I have 3 HDD's already set up in a RAID0 stripe, And i want to make a new partition. I was told this program will do it, But i want to make sure before I make a move.. The HDDs are 3 160Gb hdds, (480Gb - Can this program work with partitions this big..?), and i want to make a new 30gb partition..

So the questions are :
1. Does Acronis Disk Director Suite 10.0 work with Striped partitions (RAID0)
2. Can it work with 480Gb partitions?

It worked for me with 2 x Maxtor 250 GB in hardware RAID0 on an ASUS motherboard.
