does this program have trojan/spyware capibilties

    Yes and no.
    If it is a trial version is will only find something in a scan.[Make sure it's up keeped to-date]

    The Full will catch something when you try to install it if you have Execution Protection installed. [Part of full version] [Keep up to-date]

    No secert intentions, Just updates, or if you tell it to send something to DCS.

    I think a program would be to big to send.

    About the program you want to send: did the fully updated TDS find something suspicious in it?
    You can go for a second opinion on that online to www.kaspersky.com/remoteviruschk.html if the file is max 1MB, in a few seconds you have that second opnion.
