I notice Spyware Blaster never seems to be in core until I invoke it from the desktop. Then it stays in core even after I "Close" the program, as directed.
Shouldn't it have been in core from bootup? (IT is not in the Startup folder.)

If so, how do I get it there? (SPywareGuard was put there automatically by the installation wizard.)

    Thanks

You only need to run SpywareBlaster to enable protection in your browser against known threats. Once you have enabled the protection you don't have to keep running SpywareBlaster except to check if there are any new updates to the threats database. If there are new updates you download them and enable the protection for the additional threats. That's all you have to do. SpywareBlaster is NOT a scanning program and so it doesn't have to be loaded at startup. Hope that answers your question Lenora.
