does sandboxie classic need some component for w7?

Hi

does sandboxie classic need some component like mictosft visual c++ or windows framework ?
because i'm using the last version and the gui have some glitches for example the menu disapear , can close or minimize often, the system tray icon does't respond and so on

with on the last version but i don't remember the version , did not work well under w10

just when I update or install sandboxie if I have process hacker running I get a warning
it's incopatible with process hacker ?

"process hacker" is outdated, use "system informer" instead.

I know , i use it
but i get some warning when i install it or update
about classic , i get often some gui glitches ,sometime the icon disapear from the system tray ,w10 and 7

 

both PE as also SI uses a library which is detected as malware because its system near programmed, declare an exception.

and ofc PE and SI inform about altered services, i can see it when windows defender got some updates. but it never interfered sandboxie or other programs.
