Does Phone Support Exist?

I purchased a support contract for True Image Enterprise, but I've been unable to find any way to actually contact support.

Is there an actual support telephone number, or does the support contract actually do anything?

If so please note that after purchase you should receive a confirmation e-mail with the Acronis Maintenance and Priority Support License key and also the phone number of Acronis Support Team.
