Does not Recognize Burner

    When attempting to burn a "full" copy of Acronis for rescue purposes, Acronis cannot see my USB CD/DVD Burner. Any suggestions on how to tell Acronis that the burner exists?

    Do you mean burning the bootable Rescue CD? If so, then create the .iso file instead then burn that .iso file using Nero or Roxio or whatever program you normally use for burning.

    Thanks..........the suggestion you made was my work around, but wanted to see if I was missing something in Acronis setup........thanks again

    For some reason True Image wasn't fully compatible with your burner. Hopefully the boot CD will be compatible - make sure it is.
