Does NOD scan e-mail attachments?

    Or do I somehow have to tell it to scan an attachment?

    AMON scan any files you attach, and IMON/EMON will scan any attachments you receive.

    if you're using an e-mail client like Outlook, TheBat, Thunderbird, etc like WSFuser stated IMON\EMON (EMON is specially for Outlook) will scan attachements.
    If you're reading your e-mails directly from the web they are scanned after download.
