Does Acronis monitor eBay?

Hi all,

I've just been to eBay and looked up Acronis s/w. It's obvious that some sellers are crooks, selling way under proper price, eg

Acronis True Image V9.1 Server/Enterprise/Workstation for a tenner!

Does Acronis monitor eBay at all? Of so, can they take action against these pirates?

I'm afraid that we do not monitor such online stores as eBay. Actually, there is no point in doing so, because most serial numbers (i.e. licenses) that can be purchased there are counterfeit and therefore cannot be registered at Acronis web site which does not allow one to download updates or purchase upgrades for Acronis software. The legal license can only be purchased from Acronis official online store or one of our official resellers\retail stores. You can always find out whether this or that online\retail store is selling Acronis products legally by posting your question on this forum or submitting a request for technical support. If you have already purchased a fake license, we recommend that you request a full refund for your purchase as soon as it is possible.
