Does TrueImage V9.0.3694 support an IOMEGA REV 70 drive?

I installed a new IOMEGA REV 70 on my DELL Dimension 9150 with the latest drivers, it´s working fine, but I can not save any backups on the rev drive, because the drive is not listed in TI 9.0 (but in Windows Explorer).

Does TI 9.0 support restoring systembackups from REV 70?

My old REV 35 works with TI...

    https://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=145328 did not help.

I made a support request which was not answerd yet.

Iomega-Support told me "They (Acronis) have have released an update to add support for the REV 70". Which update?

Does anyone use TrueImage 10 with REV 70?

Did you register on the Acronis Site to gain access to the latest version of 9?

You should start by that i guess... if it isnt already done

I installed the latest TrueImage 10.0 Demo.
The same Problem: 10.0 does not list my Iomega REV 70 USB as destination drive.

    Hello

Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

We are sorry for the delayed response.

Please note that as Alexey said in this thread when Acronis True Image is running under Windows it utilizes standard Windows drivers and therefore is capable of saving backups to almost any storage device recognized by Windows.

We need some additional information to investigate this issue thoroughly and to provide you with a possible workaround. Please do the following:

    - Create Acronis Report and Windows System Information as it is described in Acronis Help Post;

    - Please also make a screen shot of Windows Disk Management by following Start -> Control Panel -> Performance and Maintenance -> Administrative Tools -> Computer Management -> Disk Management.

Then submit a request for technical support. Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with a solution.

    Thank you.
