Dodgy system processes, facebook outbound connections?!

I was recently checking my outbound connection using TCPView, although I found a few system processes which were connecting to Google and facebook, is it normal for opera to use a "System Process" to connect to these sites, I though it would connect under its own process. i.e. opera.exe

Any help would be appreicated, as I am very concerned about this

TIME_WAIT System PID 0 it's absolutely normal
it's the system idle process
