Doctor Web released hot update for Dr.Web GUI Scanner

    Doctor Web — the Russian developer of IT security software — updated Dr.Web GUI Scanner that checks RAM, active processes and files.
    The following changes have been done to the scanner featured by Dr.Web anti-virus for Windows and Dr.Web Security Space:
    • Dr.Web Shield has been improved;
    • The speed of scan of large/complex archives/containers has increased;
    • An error when clicking on a report window caused blocking of the interface has been fixed.
    The update is available for automatic download on servers of Doctor Web.

    drweb's right-click scan setting still cannot be saved, it generate large log file due to the log scanned objects always ticked, hope this will fix soon.

    the scan setting can be saved but it seems not affect the right-click scan setting.:(
