Introducing... vBulletin search.... https://www.wilderssecurity.com/search.php
My trust doesn't depend on annoying junk but only on vendor or portal. Otherwise I would not use many useful progs.
No, but they are easy cases to remember. If you go to search and type "iobit stole", you get only 18 topics as results and with quite explicit titles too.
Hahahaha but everytime this topic pops up you have to search it again . . .
I guess im too lazy.
This is easy. As soon as you type in the search, the topic to pick is obvious. I 'd gladly spend more time every time to show Iobit's past. If they had stolen from some colossal company, i wouldn't bother years later, but i hate it, when the victims are small companies, who rely on that one product to stay afloat and make their everyday living.
So you are a fan of Robin Hood's 'ethics'.
No Robin Hood was stealing from the rich to give to the poor. Companies don't steal from another to give it to the poor, but to maximize their own profit. So, not much of Robin Hood there.
Stealing from a big company is despicable too,i would never trust such company for my computer, but i simply wouldn't bother to re-surface the issue after years, it's actually boring having to dig up the same things over and over. But when a company damages a small competitor (we had arrived to the amusing point with people saying how Iobit was beating MBAM in tests), it becomes even more morally hideous, which gives motive to go search for it again. In time, theoretically, they may have driven MBAM to failure and shut down, using MBAM's own signature database! It's tragicomical.
No and never!
As long as I can completely opt-out - then it is not a problem for me
No is the answer but that is a little strong; less trustful is better way to put it. At least most respect enough to allow one to uncheck the box. Very aggravating when this comes up in process, just another step to be careful about.
Separate names with a comma.
