Do you think CryptoStuite is still ok to use?

    I brought it back in 2005 and was the the most recent version I think. I also use TrueCrypt but sometimes I don;t want to create containers, just encrypt a file or two. As it's so old do you think its still safe to use? Have you ever heard of it being cracked.

    I would go with something still in active development with active support. For single-file encryption I'd go with AxCrypt in a heartbeat. It's a better program anyway.
