I'm not crazy about wings myself, I feel they're like ribs -- too little meat for too much work (the kind of ribs we get on our budget, anyway).

But my wife does like them, and she'll get them along with our pizza when we send out. And her favorite is honey-garlic.

While liberally sauced...I eat the wings w/my fingers. It's very painful!!

...I did just think of this after reading the last two posts...some BBQ sauces are to sweet :p I like a little "tang" to them. Go easy on the sugar and sweeteners ;)

I like the wings with Hot Sauce.

But in general I prefer chicken breast. I think it supposed to make your, uh,
    chest area grow. :D
    But I could be wrong.

I live close to the Motherland of Wings (Buffalo, NY) and here's my take:

Every place seems to make wings differently. I had wings in a restaurant in Vermont that were MICROWAVED! YUKKK...

The Anchor Bar in Buffalo (the original) uses a ratio of 3 parts butter to one part Frank's Red Hot Sauce. A small amount of cider vinegar and garlic powder may be added. The wings must be patted dry first, then deep fried until crisp, then mixed with the sauce.

La Nova (also in Buffalo) makes barbequed wings to die for… they are sweet, tangy and smoky.

I like the barbequed just a little more than Buffalo wings, but not much more.

It's a good thing that Chise cleared that one up, Clucky! With all of the wings I've consumed over the past milenium I'd be wearing a "Bro"....or is it a "Manzier"?

    Totally off-topic here -- but I couldn't resist the "chicken's anatomy" lead-in ...

The woman goes to the butcher and asks what he's got good that day, that he'd recommend. "Excellent calves' tongue today, ma'am" he replies.

"Yucchh, I couldn't eat anything that came out of an animal's mouth. Give me a dozen eggs instead."

    Lol,

if u think that is bad, when a chicken is ordered, little is wasted as it is served almost whole(guts excluded) kind of flat on a plate, head included.

It was a little unnerving to eat, with it staring up at u and all. ;) :D
