BYOD has been widely accepted by most businesses - it cuts business costs, improves mobility and productivity, but it also comes with a price, to both the employer and employee. Security and Privacy.

Mobile device management (MDM) software allows IT administrators to control, secure and enforce policies on smartphones, tablets and other endpoints. The intent of MDM is to optimize the functionality and security of mobile devices within the business while protecting the network.

I don't let my personal devices become work devices. If the boss isn't paying the bill they get to decide nothing.
