I am just curious if there is still something to worry about on this connection, it always shows up even if I was not connected. They are in red...:ninja: :cautious:

    Hi Sweater,

cli.exe is the ATI Catalyst Control Centre

    from liutilities.com
Especially because the remote address is localhost and 127.0.0.1 (same thing). This address is your computer and programs normally open ports WITHIN your computer all the time. It is when programs make remote connections that you should watch for.

Apparently, cli.exe is related to your ATI graphics card and no danger that I can see. I have no idea why you have so many duplicates of it connecting like that. Actually, I don't know why executables always want to connect to localhost anyway--can somebody explain that to me?
