I was playing around with Kaspersky TDSS Killer and DNScrypt was flagged by Kaspersky TDSS Killer as not having a valid digital certificate.

Is this something to worry about? Surely OpenDNS would sign their software o_O

Nothing to worry about. A good tool otherwise.

The official packages for dnscrypt are signed with PGP: http://download.dnscrypt.org/dnscrypt-proxy/

I'm not familiar with MS digital signatures, but it looks like I'd have to pay in order to get a certificate. So I'm going to stick with the current signatures, which can be verified on any operating system.
