I have a machine that functions essentially as our firewall. It is running IAS(Internet Acceleration Server 2000). Basically all data that goes out of the company and all data that comes into the company from outside goes through this machine.

If I install NOD32 on this box and enable AMON/DMON/IMON, then nslookup can no longer resolve web addresses. Our DNS server is internal on another box and works if NOD32 isn't installed on this box.

It is confusing and frustrating and I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas as to what the issue could be.

Simply enabling/disabling each A/D/IMON doesn't seem to make any difference. I haven't tried all possible combinations, but it seems it doesn't take effect unless I reboot in between each change. HELP!

    Hi,
can you confirm IMON is actually not registered in the system ? (indicated by a grey IMON's icon)
