How to know my ISP DNS?

I connect through my ISP dialer on desktop.

When I check through ipconfig /all
Under ISP dialer i.e PPP Adapter Broadband Connection there are DNS address.

Under Ethernet Adapter Local Area Connection no DNS.

I google & all mention DNS address under Ethernet Adapter Local Area Connection.

    Whats my ISP DNS?

those dns settings you see under tcp/ip v4/v6 settings are for manually assigning dns servers.
your default dns servers do not show up there.
if you wanna find out what your isp's dns servers are, you can try one of those dns leak test sites (https://www.grc.com/dns/dns.htm), try "ipconfig /all" command (which doesn't always show all the dns servers in use) or better, call your isp and ask them.

if you wanna use a third party dns service, you can either manually set it up for every single device via tcp/ip settings, or you can set it up at router level to use the same dns servers for all devices connected to your router.

    edit: url fixed.

You do not even need to run the test, your servers should be listed on the top when you run the software, clearly selected.

Or you can click here: http://ipleak.net

I got my DNS from service provider.
Actually I had previously called customer care & the lady at the desk knew nothing.
First she said they cant reveal DNS, then said DNS is dynamic & changes everytime, then said you have to pay to know DNS. I simple cancelled the call.
Later in the evening, I again called & the man at the desk gave me the DNS within secs.

Thanxx for the support & time frds.
