I`m currently trying to remove the folder that was left in my programs files folder,by A squared.

It`s only one dll file, but I`m funny like that and it bothers me sitting there.

I`ve tried checking the processes nothing is running, but I`m not use to setting permissions and it keeps telling me access denied due to write protection or currently in use.

I tried booting in safe mode with no luck.

I don`t understand What can I due to solve this problem?

    Any help would be appreciative..............Thanx

With this kind of problem the easy way is to use Unlocker:-

    http://ccollomb.free.fr/unlocker/#download

If you don't want to install this just for one job, you should try 'unregistering' the .dll file before attempting to delete - Googling will show you how, but here's an example:-

    Example: To unregister AMAEM.dll:
Click the Start button, and select Run
    Enter this command line:

    regsvr32 /u C:\WINNT\system32\AMAEM.dll

(Note the spaces are also important and you would need to include the correct file path and name etc.)
