    Hi,
I wanted to free up some resources on Windows 98se before running Spybot, so I unchecked all of the protection in SpywareGuard. It showed a big X over SpywareGuard in the Systray, but my resources remained the same. Also, I checked the c/a/d Close Program box and it showed both entries for SpywareGuard still running. Is it necessary to reboot in order for the change to take effect or is something wrong with my SpywareGuard?

    Thank you.

    Sincerely, Libra

After reading a sticky, I realized I was suppose to uncheck two settings and then use File>exit from within the program to turn it off. So this was a user problem :)
