display driver crashes!

    another bug with ESS 6 I think....when using ESS 6 beta display driver crashes frequently(atleast 2-3 times per day)....so I uninstalled ESET before 2 days...now the problem doesn't happen...so the problem is with ESS6 I think...So it will be helpful if someone assists me...

    Hello,

    Could you please provide a few more details, such as:

    • Build of ESET Smart Security and module version information
    • Version of Microsoft Windows (build, edition, etc.)
    • Version of video card device driver
    • Brand and model of video card

    With that information, it may be possible to troubleshoot the issue further.

    I have uninstalled ESET...but the version is ESET smart security v 6.0.115
    windows 7 64 bit,intel graphics media accelarator driver

    Do you know what build of the video driver was used? Also, the brand and model of notebook computer.
