Diskeeper 12 Issue

    I have been having a problem opening Diskeeper 12 on my Windows 7 OS PC.

    My process and application indicators indicate the service is running. I have been using Diskeeper for several years and this has never happened before.

    It has happened several times this past week and I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it 3 times and the same thing eventually happens. So I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this or whether it is just me (it usually is).

    I have in the past rarely tried to open it because I have been confident it is doing it's job (I have it set on auto defrag) but every once in a while I open it to check it by manually analyzing disk defragmentation
