Diskeeper 10 Warning message

    Hi
    Currently using Diskeeper 10 as my defrag proggie...like to think I keep my system/disks shipshape.Last defrag with Diskeeper flagged a warning notice (see Screenshot).
    Do I need to take any action? What does the message actually mean?

    Advice appreciated....

    if you have diskeeper 10 pro you can use the frag shield to reshape the MFT to make it in better shape and use less of the MFT. i dont know if this makes sence.
