Disk defrag + Process Guard

    Can anyone advise please?

    Am Trialling pG (Free) . Many times a day PG advises me that my Windows Defrag wants to run. No runs are scheduled.
    AV(Nod32) warns of no viruses etc. What is happening? Any ideas.

    its probably the auto defargger. xp has the ability to defrag ur disks when idle. it doesnt happen very often tho.
