disable self defence 4.0.68.0

how can i disable self defence from the above version?

i looked it up in the advance setup but didnt see

I believe ESET NOD32 Antivirus 4.0.68.0 was the beta version of EAV v4. I wouldn't think you would be able to get the latest virus signature databases for a beta version anymore and the beta license would have expired probably in March. Why are you still using this version? You should download a final release version from ESET's website.

If you cannot see this, you should upgrade to the latest build.

 

I would advise against doing this... I have personally witnessed Malware that will attempt to shutdown the Anti Virus services from popular anti virus programs.. I have a video of one disabled AVG, and installed itself on the computer... Self defense is there to stop malware from killing off ESET.. If you are wanting to do this so you can kill off ESET, and play games I would recommend adding exclusions for your game folders, or disabling real time protection will gaming.
