Disable Outlook Integration?

After having intermittent Outlook prompts to re-enter (already saved) passwords during send-receive sync, my attention was directed to:

I understand the concepts of all the above.
In my case I have both POP & MAPI accounts attached to Outlook.

In NOD32 Setup for MS Outlook - Email protection, there are total 8 boxes to check / uncheck.
Which ones should I set?
