Disable NOD32 Startup Nag Screen

I've intentionally turned off all real-time scanners on a test pc and when it starts up I get the attached nag screen.

The best I can seem to do is dial it back to only display for 10 seconds. Is there no way to completely disable it?

 

That actually looks to me like your PC is somehow displaying a window instead of a balloon. I get that message when I've disabled stuff, except I get it as a balloon from systray rather than a window.

You could try How do I prevent the splash screen from displaying?, though this UI tweak may not work since you have disabled major program components and will not be able to avoid this until you have
re-enabled these components.
