Disable Automatic Malvare remover

    hi
    as the subject says, i want to have option when a threat detected on my files.

    now when i open my folders, if any malware is in the folder, it will be deleted automatically, i want to choose between quarantine, ignore, ex.

    how i can setup nod for that
