Seriously, this is a very worrying trend for ISP's. They will now end up making money only with internet connections and perhaps with VOIP. I wonder how they can solve this. Probably by lowering prices for cable TV and by making better DVR's that are not based on IPTV and the freaking cloud.

fuboTV Will Add ESPN Channels in Distribution Agreement with Disney

This is in addition to the already available 100+ channels:

After several weeks of research last year, I chose fuboTV for a Roku Ultra and the Live TV experience has been so good, there've been absolutely no regrets since dumping Dish 15 months ago. I lived with the absence of ABC (but soon no more) having watched the three or four shows I like OTA or in other on-demand apps. The local independent channels DISH provided are not available, but I rarely watched them anyway and they're still there OTA.

fuboTV's on-demand movie library is pretty good, the DVR is great but all network channel shows and episodes have several weeks, some whole seasons, of on-demand access so the DVR isn't really all that necessary. However, where many of the on-demands will not allow fast forwards through the commercials, the DVR will.

While I had HBO with Dish and Prime streamed to my Blu-ray player, I've since jumped on board with Disney+, Hulu 5.99/mo and Netflix while HBO Now and Prime stream to the Roku.

As I'm still relatively new to the streaming experience, I'm continue to keep an eye out for something better that fuboTV in the Live TV streaming realm. I'm of the opinion that fuboTV is the best and will continue to be the one that can't be beat for TV show junkies and couch jocks alike.

USA still the best. But barely.
I guess if the average cable bill is $125 a month. Then these others can charge $65.
