Not all functionality is available without registering (paying $9.66).

It has a (genuine) Softpedia rating so it should be fine.

It looks pretty interesting, worth having a play with anyhow.

Another one of those multi-command line AV tools. Thanks for posting.

hi - i'm the developer of DDT

i feel pretty strongly about software that isn't clean and, i can assure you, all my software is squeaky clean and contains no adware/malware and never "phones home" or collects any data. the only time the s/w makes a connection is to check for updates, but only if you want it to, and then it simply downloads a tiny text file like this one, which happens to be for DDT. you can read more about my software ethic here.

i admit the website is not very professional looking - i use WordPress and i really don't want edit any of the core files or styles if i don't have to since it becomes a pain when an update is released. that, and i want it to load quickly. having said that, i'd really like input about what seems "fishy" about the software/website? maybe an improvement is in order.

i'd also like input on what you folks think about the price, keeping in mind that i have to eat :)

btw, the favicon came packaged with the theme i use - i just never changed it

It is good to see the registering and price being mentioned on the product page. I cannot edit (remove it from) my first post.

The icon is indeed also being used by Malwarebytes.

    hi malexous

i try to be pretty upfront with people - i do not like it when i download something thinking it's free only to find out it isn't

I think i can speak for most of us wilders folks, that being upfront and honest is a must. That being said you will get honest feed backs of likes and dislikes and suggestions of a product. Many have come and gone, but there is always room for more for us software junkie testers.;)
