Are you aware of cloud services that makes differential backups as Dropbox does?
Currently I have a veracrypt volume stored in Dropbox. It's about 600MB, the good point is that Dropbox uploads only changed parts of it. I know with other services like GoogleDrive or Onedrive I would have the whole container uploaded again every time I work on it.
I was wondering if services like Spideroak, Copy.com, etc work like Dropbox...
I could not find any clear information on the web...

    Thanks

I use Jungle Disk, and store the data on it's parent Rackspace. I know they do this, as I see it in it's uploads
