    I am having a problem all of the sudden with two of my clients offices as well as my Images showing one date in ATI, and another in Windows. All of the backups are showing up as completed in ATI, with no errors on the ATI logs.
    But the dates in Windows are showing up different, some of them off by 2 weeks.
    All computers are Dell, XP Pro, SP3, ATI Workstation 8039. The dates on all the machines are correct, and all these machines (14) have been running fine for over 6 months, until about a month ago. I have Workstation loaded at several other locations, but others are not having this problem. The two locations are not affiliated, as well as me having the same problem at home.
    Note;
    Dell_Main_Daily 4/15/2009 Daily C Drive Completed April 17,2009
    Dell_Main_Weekly 4/10/2009 Weekly C Drive Completed April 12,2009
    I just imported one shot from Windows, as the next would show all the others
    having different dates. Thanks.

    Hello Beach,

    Thank you for using Acronis True Image Echo Workstation

    Please accept our apologies for the delay with the response.

    Please note that our software tracks the time using standard Windows settings. So it's completely depended on it.

    We would recommend you to update your software to the latest build (please make sure that all components are updated).

    You can download all necessary files from update section in your account.

    If you have not registered your product on our web site yet, we recommend to do it in order to receive free updates.

    - Choose Product registration
    - Enter the serial number for your Acronis product in the corresponding field.

    Thank you.

    Alexander--I don't see an update past 8206. That's what half of my clients are using, so its more than that. Any other ideas??

    Hello Beach,

    Thank you for using Acronis Corporate Products

    Please obtain schedreport.txt file from one of the problem computers, also please let us know the tasks where you see the time discrepancy.

    - Download the file;
    - Start the Command Prompt from Start -> Programs -> Accessories menu;
    - Run the following command in the folder you saved the file to:

    schedmgr get report > schedreport.txt

    - Attach the created schedreport.txt file to your post.

    Thank you.

    The dates listed in the above file - do these match the dates on the images or in the TI logs?

    Is the TI log date the correct one or that showing up on the drive? Do you get the same dates through Windows Explorer or other file managing software?

    Bodgy--
    The dates in the TI Image logs are correct?? I'm assuming because I VPN and watch a few of the imaging start. But like the images that I posted in the first post, the dates in MS Explorer are showing a different date. Some are off by as much as a week. Now this is only happening with ATI running Dell XP-Pro SP3. Dell XP-Pro SP2, all HP, Compaq and Sony computers are not having this problem.
    If I create a raw text file, test.txt, and create a batch to copy it at a scheduled time via MS Scheduled Tasks, all dates are correct the next day.
    I need to find out why the dates are not being updated in Internet Explorer from ATI.
