What is the difference between SOL Facebook Edition and SOL Paid? Other than the ability to remove infections? What makes SOL Facebook Edition so different from the free [limited] trial? o_O

SOL FB and SOL Paid. nothing different.

SOL FB has all functionalities. SOL free limited trial cannot adjust HTTP settings to max and has limited sites to add in protection list.

The same, but Facebook is free. SOL Facebook is Prevx free(detection only, no removal except adware and MBR infections) + a full license for the SOL component. SOL Paid is the same unless you also pay for protection+removal.

It now detects AND removes MBR infections? I thought it only removed adware.

Yes, it removes adware and MBR infections, and detects everything the paid version also detects.
And in rare occasions it can remove other infections as well:
