Didn't receive software

    Earlier today, I attempted to upgrade to TrueImage 8.0. I received an "REF#" but I have not received a serial number or anything that would allow me to download the software. I called sales, but no one answered. How do I download the software?

    Hey Robert....
    can't make any promises but try going to http://service.digitalriver.com. Ya might have some luck there as long as you have an order #.

    Thanks Mark but it didn't recognize the order number. I'll give it a try again tomorrow. I don't know why Acronis makes things so difficult.

    Mark,

    I finally got TrueImage 8 by rooting around the digitalriver site. That allowed me to register on the Acronis site. So, I'm all set.

    I'm still a little peeved that Acronis won't respond to telephone calls and email to support and sales. I like the software, and we don't have a lot of good alternatives--otherwise I'd take my business elsewhere.
