I have, well had three licenses for your software. I couldn't/can't access the page where my license keys were so it looks like that's gone up in smoke. You say you were in an accident, bad news, but I find it hard to believe no one could come to your official support forums or even the web site to either mention you'd had an accident or at the very least to say there was an issue out with your control but for customers not to worry as you'd be back as soon as. Couldn't you talk? Someone could have informed your customers. Are you the companies only staff member? Since I couldn't get access to your website for my license keys I had to purchase other software. I won't be purchasing this new software as I don't like being let down in the manner that I was. An accident is unavoidable, not keeping your customers informed was imo. Good luck with your new software.
