    Anyone know how I can customize my desktop or got a good place for desktop themes coz i hate using plain old black lol :\ i use winxp

    you can change your windows theme by downloading the UXTheme Multi-Patcher v2.5.1. you run it once, with a reboot, and your UXTheme.dll will be patched so you can use themes which aren't signed by MS. when you have done that you can use themes called ms.styles or visual styles. here's some links for custom visual styles. to download click on the downward facing arrow.

    they should be put in the themes folder C\windows\resources\themes\

    and you can browse here for more Visual Styles (mssyles) themes.

    you can change your icons with the program below.
