I own the fully paid-up and registered Acronis 11 Home edition.

The recovery CD will not recognise the SAS drives on my Dell Precision 490 PC.

I use Vista 32-bit. I have an old OEM XP Pro disk so I have tried using BartPE, but it will not work under Vista.

There appears to be no WinPE-based solution for Acronis 11 Home edition.

    Help, please.

When you make a BartPE disk with XP and boot it, the computer is running Windows and should be able to deal with any drive that Windows can handle such as FAT32 and NTFS. I imagine you would have to specially load the SAS drivers since they may not be in the standard BartPE build.

    What exactly is the issue?

    Hello tfm,

Thank you for your interesting in Acronis True Image

Can you send me the serial number for Acronis True Image 11 Home via PM? I will send you the latest ISO image of Acronis bootable disc for your version.

Have you tried the latest version, Acronis True Image Home 2009? The latest version of Acronis bootable disc has better hardware support under Linux.

    Best regards,
